Francis Soraya's story

Francis Soraya and her family live in the Calderón parish in Portoviejo, a city known for its cuisine, such as its traditional blood sausage and longaniza [a long and cured pork sausage], peanut pasta, salprieta [a typical side dish from the area used as a condiment on fish, plantains, and rice], salted peanuts, golden crushed peanuts, and peanut powder, among other by-products.

Francis Soraya has a small store in her house where she has a small bazaar, paper store, and flower shop. She sells every day, has arrangements for every occasion, and her customers like all her personalized details and high-quality products; she also makes home deliveries.

The health crisis was very bad for her at the beginning since she could not sell but now she is reviving her business little by little to be able to generate income.

This loan is to buy flowers, presents, chocolates, and stuffed animals among other things. She dreams of staying healthy and of her business continuing to grow.
