Abishyizehamwe-Kivuye Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase more fertilizer and seeds to use in the field.

Abishyizehamwe-Kivuye Group's story

Dancille is 51 years old and married with four children aged between 10 and 21 years. Her husband is a farmer too. For the past fifteen years, she has owned an agriculture business selling Irish potatoes, maize etc to the community. She has one employee to help her.

Dancille is the leader of the group named ABISHYIZEHAMWE-KIVUYE and group members own agriculture businesses, as Dancille does, and sell similar food.

Dancille lives in the north of the country and she knows how to organize savings groups. Also, she has been organizing groups for many years and she likes to attend meetings where she lives. Group members confirmed they are happy to get such a leader.

Dancille will use her loan to purchase more fertilizer and seeds to use in the field in order to get a large quantity of Irish potatoes, corn and maize to sell to the community.

With the profits from her sales, she wishes to grow her business and continue to pay school fees for her children. She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, VisionFund Rwanda was not able to photograph all the members, but was able to get one representative for the group photo.
