Roosevelt Ubence's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase raw materials to make ice cream.
Roosevelt Ubence's story
Roosevelt is a young man, determined, responsible, and above all dedicated to his business of selling artisanal ice cream on an itinerant basis and at his home a stall where he distributes to other ice cream makers. In addition to that, he also has a small grocery store, a business with which for more than a decade he has supported himself with his family. He has knocked on the doors of KIVA together with MICREDITO to be benefited from a loan that allows him to buy raw materials to not only sell ice cream at retail but to other ice cream makers. His future goal is to be able to buy a large freezer.
