Jiydegul's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase her milk sales volume.

Jiydegul's story

This lovely young lady is Jiydegul. She is 41 years old, married, and raising three children. She has a secondary education, and has been keeping livestock and growing crops since 1997. This is her family's main source of income. Thanks to her hard work, her farm presently consists of two cows, 30 sheep, three horses, and a 1.2-hectare plot on which she grows beans. The organic milk produced by her cows is sent to the local dairy plant, and this allows her to put money back into her business on a regular basis.

After learning that she could obtain a loan from Bai Tushum Bank, using as collateral the contract for future deliveries under a Value-Added-Chain arrangement, Jiydegul has applied for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) to buy dairy cows. Her goal in this is to increase her systematic sales of milk. The plant's payments for the milk will be deposited directly into Jiydegul 's bank account, and the loan payments will be automatically deducted. The income generated by this loan will allow her to develop her farm going forward.
