Sophornnara's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for land filling around her house.

Sophornnara's story

Sophornnara, age 39, is married and has two children who're attending school. She lives with her family in the area of Kiri Vong district, Takeo province. She sells vegetables at the local market to support her family's daily expenses. She has a very good experience in safe storage of vegetables under dry conditions (without refrigerating or freezing). Different vegetables have different characteristics, for example, tomatoes contain a lot of water, while root vegetable such as carrots and potatoes contain less. These factors, and many others, such as temperature, affect the amount of time that a vegetable can be kept in dry storage.

Because of the shortage of her finances, she has applied for a loan in the amount of KHR 2,000,000 to pay for land filling around her house. With this loan support, she can pay for land filling and can provide her family members with a good environment, fresh air, protection from illness and good living conditions. In the future, she aims to renovate her old house and push her children to continue studying at university. She sends thanks to all lenders who have contributed their funds to help.
