San Miguel Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase flour, eggs, butter, sweets, fruit and other products.

San Miguel Group's story

The group called San Miguel is in its 23rd cycle of the program of the women's committee where everyone works and helps each other continue forward. They are also part of a program to eliminate poverty. Through the program they want to improve their impoverished situation and continue improving as they have been.

One of these women is Idalina who through her effort and continuous work in her baking business generates the means to be able to help sustain her family. She is an entrepreneur that with much effort has gotten ahead and looks for the way to be able to continue doing so. This is why she fights and is so eager everyday. She decided to join the committee since she saw it as an opportunity to be able to complete her goals.

She asks for this loan to be able to purchase products to be able to continue her work in baking, such as flour, eggs, butter, sweets, fruit and other products.

Only one person appears in the picture, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group picture in order to maintain social distancing because of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
