A loan helped to invest in doing home improvements, because she has gone through some hard times in her small home. It caught on fire and many things were burned.

San Juan De Kimbiri Group's story

The "San Juan de Kimbiri" communal bank is in its 32nd cycle. They consider themselves to be a very united group of entrepreneurs. They are very eager to get ahead by continuing to work together. They have been getting ahead for their families' wellbeing for years. The group is made up of 14 members. Due to the pandemic, only the board of directors is in the photograph. They are the three representatives of the communal bank.

Julia is one of the representatives. She is 42 years old and a cheerful, hardworking, enterprising woman who is a fighter. She is a single mother who decided to separate from her husband. She sells anticuchos and fruit. She has five children, who are her inspiration and the reason she is eager to keep working for a better future. Three of them are adults, and the two little ones are 7 and 4 years old.

Ten years ago, she started selling chicken, beef and heart anticuchos, and she buys and sells fruit like plantains, papayas, oranges and more.

She is asking for the loan to invest in doing some home improvement because she has gone through some hard times in her small home. It caught on fire and many things were burned. A month ago, she lost everything. Together with her small business, she will be able to keep getting ahead.

She wants to keep saving to provide a better future for her children. She would like to have a big locale for her customers so that they can feel satisfied.
