Yaneth Andrea's story

Yaneth is 22 years old and single. She lives with friends in the municipality of Comayagua in the department of Comayagua.

For two years she has been selling food. She offers flour tortillas with eggs, beans, butter, osmil [sweetened oatmeal with cinnamon and milk], coffee, pancakes, pastries, and breakfasts. She's been carrying out her business in the market in her area and it is her main source of income.

Yaneth is requesting a loan from ODEF in the amount of 10,000 Lempiras which she plans to invest in the purchase of sugar, coffee, flour, oats, beans, eggs, dairy products, meats, and beverages. She believes the loan will help her to satisfy customer demand and to earn higher income. Her plan is to expand her business premises and to help her family.
