Luundo Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on beverages (Bralima, Brasimba) to resell.

Luundo Group's story

Ms. Christine is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and presides over the business group named “LUUNDO”. She is married, 52 years old, and the mother of six children, who are all in school. Her husband is a government worker.

A drinks vendor, she started this enterprise in eleven years ago with startup funding from her husband. Later on, she got involved in the Hekima program for supporting her enterprise and has worked progressively in it.

With this new loan, she will stock up with beverages (Bralima, Brasimba) to bolster her initial capital. The challenge in her business has to do with a lack of customers.

She would like to develop her enterprise and for her children to continue in their studies. So, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners lacking cash during this global crisis tied to Covid-19. The photo shows only the group leader because of Covid-19.
