Sainte Vierge Marie Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on beverages and foodstuff for her restaurant business.

Sainte Vierge Marie Group's story

Ms. Patricia is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and presides over the business group named “SAINTE VIERGE MARIE”. She is married, 42 years old, and the mother of three children, who are all in school. Her husband is a government worker.

A restaurant food vendor, she started this enterprise in 2012 with startup funding from her husband. Later on, she got involved in the Hekima program for supporting her enterprise and has worked progressively in it.

With this new loan, she will stock up with beverages (Bralima, Brasimba) and some grocery items to bolster her initial capital. The challenge in her business has to do with unpaid debts.

She would like to grow her business further. So, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners lacking cash during this global crisis tied to Covid-19. The photo shows only the group leader because of Covid-19.
