Abadahemuka Cb Group's story

Virginie is 50 years old widowed with three children aged between 19 and 23 years old. For the past twenty-two years she has worked in a hardware store.

Virginie is the leader of the group named Abadahemuka CB which, in English, means “Trusted People.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Virginie will use her loan to buy more cement and paint to sell. With the profits from her sales, she will put away some savings.

She is thankful for your support,

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the group members, but was able to get one representative for the group photo.
