Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy various products for making her cakes, such as flour, egg, butter, sugar, sweets, and other items so that she can continue with her work.

Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

The group called "Entrepreneurial Women" began as a union of friends and neighbors in the city of Luque, Paraguay. They were looking for a way to improve their quality of life and that of their loved ones. They are in their 5th loan cycle with the committee on women. They are also part of the program for the elimination of poverty, where everyone fights for a better future.

One of the group members is Lourdes. She works selling cakes, and she mentions that she herself takes charge of making them. This allows her to help her family. She is an entrepreneurial person who began with very little and has been improving little by little. In this way she looks for the way to offer better living conditions for her loved ones.

She is asking for a loan in order to buy various products for making her cakes, such as flour, egg, butter, sugar, sweets, and other items so that she can continue with her work.

Observation: In the photo there is only one person, but this is a group loan. It was not possible for the group to gather due to restrictions caused by COVID-19.
