Ana-Doina's story

Ana-Doina is a 26-year-old woman from the village of Cetireni, Ungheni region, Moldova. She is married and has two children.

Ana-Doina is a homemaker and takes care of the children. Her husband, Igor, is a priest in the native village of Cetireni, but he also works as a religion teacher at the local school. They live in an old house that needs renovation work. Their children are small and need a lot of attention. Ana-Doina still cannot go to work and the income her husband earns only covers family expenses.

To change the living conditions for them and especially for the children, the spouses decided to build a new bathroom and sewer system. This will radically improve their way of life.

Now, Ana-Doina needs a Kiva loan to build the bathroom and install the sewer system. In this way, the living conditions will be much healthier and their children will grow up in better sanitary conditions.
