Kana Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on 130 bags of palm oil in bulk, which will increase her starting capital.

Kana Group's story

Mme Sauda is a client of Hekima IMF and presides over the business group “Kana.” She is a 46-year-old married mother of six, all of whom attend school. Her partner is a driver. She sells palm oil, which she started doing in 2004 with funds she received from her husband. Later, she incorporated the Hekima program to support her business, which progressively grew. With this new loan, she is going to stock up on 130 sacks of palm oil in bulk, which will increase her starting capital. The challenge in her business lies in route security. She would like her children to continue to go to school, and she would like to continue being able to feed them. In the end, she thanks Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to unmarketable business owners in the context of this global crisis due to COVID-19. The photo is only of the group leader because of COVID-19.
