A loan helped to buy more manure, fertilizer, and some new farming equipment in order to increase his farming productivity.

Cipriano's story

Cipriano is a humble and hardworking 33-year-old man who owns a coffee farm in his village. Most of the time he is doing his daily activities such as planting and looking after his farm. After the coffee is ripe, he usually harvests, dries the coffee under the sun, then transports it to local markets to sell. He has been growing and selling coffee for many years now with his own working capital.

Cipriano has previously borrowed and repaid all of his loans on time and now he is requesting a loan of $600 from KIF to help with his agriculture activity. Every day he is busy with farming, because he makes a living from it. Cipriano will use this loan to buy more manure, fertilizer, and some new farming equipment in order to increase his farming productivity.
