Mauro Francisco's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy drums of water, beer, cylinders of gas, and other items.

Mauro Francisco's story

Mauro, 47, is divorced and has one adult child. They live in Jaramijo Canton, which is known as Caleta de Pescadores [Fishers' Cove].

Mauro's a man who makes an effort every day to cover his household expenses. This is why he decided a few years ago to start a home business selling drums of water, beer, cylinders of gas, and soccer balls.

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, though, his business has been impacted because his sales went down and his frequent customers no longer went to his business for fear of some type of contagion. But despite this situation, he continued making an effort so his business wouldn't decline and he could carry on.

He's going to invest this loan in drums of water, beer, cylinders of gas, and other items.

His dream is for his business to continue to grow.
