Esperanza Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy tomatoes, green peppers, onions, oranges, melons, and other products.

Esperanza Group's story

This group is called Esperanza. It is at its fourth cycle in the program of women's committee, where all work and help each other to move forward. They are also in the program for the elimination of poverty, where everyone fights to outdo themselves and keep going.

Maria is one of them. She sells fruit and vegetables door-to-door. She says that her job is demanding but she does it to help her family and give them a decent quality of life.

She requests this loan to buy tomatoes, green peppers, onions, oranges, melons, and other products.

NB: the photo features only one person, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo because of the need to avoid the gathering of people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
