A loan helped to buy barrels of millet and peanuts.

04_Tockn Group's story

Ever since its creation in December 2009, this group has been made up of supportive and dynamic women. They are mainly active in business and the building and maintaining of good relationships.

Ngone, standing to the right in the photo with her hand raised, is the group's representative. She is 58 years old, married, and mother of a boy. She has worked in business for years and has a large amount of experience in the area.

The loan that she has recently taken out will allow her to buy barrels of millet and peanuts that she will subsequently resell in her store with a large profit margin. She plans to use the profits to buy food for family, set aside money in the banc villageois, and reinvest in her business.
