Deggo Sara Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy merchandise (wood and soil) to make pottery containers to resell.

Deggo Sara Group's story

President of a Group called “Deggo” in Wolof and “Entente” in French, Adama is married to a trader. She is 38 years old and the mother of three children, between 5 and 10, who all go to school.

To expand her pottery business, she requested a loan along with the other seven women members of the Group.
With her share of the loan, she is planning to develop her business by purchasing merchandise (wood, soil). She buys her supplies in Kaolack and she sells her products in the cities of Kaolack, Dakar, Touba, etc. She knows this business well as she has been in the sector for over 20 years.

This loan will allow her to strengthen her business and possibly increase her monthly turnover so that she can help her husband take good care of their family.
The profits will allow her to improve the standard of living of the family, especially of the children, but also to make her side business profitable.
At this rate, she plans to be autonomous within 2 years, that is to say by her fourth cycle with the institution.
