Miriam Eliana's story

Miriam is 34 years old and the mother of two precious children. It is very difficult when the full responsibility for children falls on the mother, and Miriam has shown a good deal of character in fighting for her children. They live in a home lent to them.

Because of the pandemic Miriam lost her job. Accordingly, her primary source of income currently is from raising small animals. She wants to improve her work raising chickens, and seeks a loan of $1,000, through Banco VisionFund Ecuador to buy materials to fix her pen in order to keep a larger quantity of chickens to raise.

Miriam has been in this business for three years, and the earnings she makes have a been a big help in supporting her household. In the future she would like to save money to have her own house.
