Bernardo's story

Bernardo is a 35-year-old businessman from Aliaga, Nueva Ecija. He is happily married to Catherine, and they are blessed with two children, who are still pursuing their studies.

He has been engaged in selling street foods, like chicken skin and fishball, for almost six years. Bernardo is a new client of Alalay sa Kaunlaran, Inc.(ASKI) and has been granted a loan amount of PHP 10,000 under the business loan program of ASKI. His loan will be used to purchase ingredients like chicken skin, flour, pepper, eggs and oil.

Bernardo dreams to have a food stall and to have a better living. He hopes that with the help of ASKI and Kiva lenders, he will become successful in his business.
