Gina's story

Gina is a good resident of Talavera, Nueva Ecija. She is 44 years old, happily married to Anton, and blessed with three children.

Gina has been engaged in managing a sari-sari (variety) store selling chips, breads, canned goods, and other items for almost five years. She has been a reliable client of Alalay sa Kaunlaran (ASKI) Inc. for more than two years. Her recent loan helped her to increase her income.

Gina wants a continuous growth in her business, so she is requesting a loan in the amount of 70,000 PHP under the business loan program of ASKI. Her loan will be used to purchase additional items to sell, such as candies, rice grains, condiments, soaps, and cigarettes, in order to generate more income to sustain the needs of her family.

Gina's dream is for her family to have a better life and for her business to grow. She believes that with the help of ASKI and Kiva funders she will be successful in life.
