Alejandro's story

Alejandro is a 49-year-old farmer and a hardworking father from Laur, Nueva Ecija. He is happily married and blessed with three children, two of whom are still pursuing their studies.

Alejandro is engaged in the farming business, where he plants rice grains and sells them after the harvest. They deliver it to rice dealers around their town. He earns now 15,000 per harvest.

Alejandro wants to improve his agricultural business, so he applied again for a loan amount of PHP 35,000 through ASKI's agricultural loan program. His loan will be used to purchase fertilizer and other farm inputs for his crops. Alejandro's dream is for the success of his business and family.

Alejandro hopes and prays that with the help of ASKI and Kiva lenders, he will become successful in life.
