Hugo Henry's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to leverage his business, make payments to suppliers and cover public services.

Hugo Henry's story

Hugo Henry is a 64 year-old small business entrepreneur and resident of Barranquilla. He has over 30 years of experience marketing hand crafted and household items, including picture frames, ornaments and home decor.

Hugo Henry is a widower, living with his two children in their family home. He has maintained a stable income through his business, located in the center of Barranquilla, one of the most highly affected commercial areas, by COVID-19. This very affluent area, has had to remain completely closed over the last two months. Due to the shut down and no alternative sources of income for the business, his expenses and fixed costs have accumulated.

He is now trying to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and boost his own economic recovery. He therefore joined "Barranquilla Responde," a program lead by the governor's office of Barranquilla, to apply for his first Credikiva from the Santo Domingo Foundation. He will invest these resources to leverage his business and cover payments for public services.

Supporting his loan would be a great success.
