Juana Maria's story

Juana Maria is in a common law relationship. She has three minor children who attend school. Her partner is a street vendor who sells clothing. They live in their own house. They live in Picoazá, known for its business and its religious festivals. Vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits are grown there. It is the engine of progress in the main center of the informal economy in the province.

Juana Maria and her partner work selling assorted clothing for women, men, and children. They buy from various distributors in various places. She has a tent that she sets up in the park where there are more vendors. Previously, she sold as a street vendor to her relatives and neighbors, on credit and collecting weekly.

During this worldwide crisis, she has had financial difficulties. Her clients could not pay because they were unemployed and others had died. The health crisis at first was very bad for her because she could not sell, but now little by little she is reactivating to be able to continue generating income.

With this loan, she will buy pajamas, pants, shorts, dresses, etc. Her dream is to have her own shop to continue selling, and that her family will have good health.
