Ipfundo Cb Group's story

Emertha is 43 years old and is married with four children aged between 6 and 23 years. Her husband is a farmer. For the past six years she has owned a shop.

Emertha is the leader of the group named IPFUNDO CB, which in English means “Togetherness.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Emertha will use her loan to buy more sugar, salt, maize flour and cassava flour to sell her community. With the profits from her sales she will pay school fees for her children and put away some savings.

She is thankful for your support,

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the members but was able to get one group representative for the group photo.
