Sonia Maria Leonor's story

Sonia María Leonor is in a common-law relationship. She has an independent adult son. Her partner's a teacher. They live in their own home in the city of Calceta, where the main income is agriculture, ranching, sales, making crafts with mocora straw, cotton, and a type of sweet made with eggs and dairy products.

Sonia María Leonor has a farm that produces bananas, plantains, and cacao, which she sells to merchants in the market.

She has had financial problems during this worldwide crisis. Her customers can't pay her because they've lost their jobs, and others have died. It was very bad for her at the beginning of the pandemic because he couldn't make sales, but now she's reactivating little by little as a way to be able to continue earning her income.

With this new loan she's going to buy a planting kit (certified seed, urea, fertilizer, herbicide, and pesticide).

Her dream is for her family to not get sick and to be very healthy.
