Jessica Lizbeth's story

Jessica Lizbeth, 25, is single, without children, and lives with her parents. They live in Portoviejo, a city affected by the earthquake that occurred on 16th of April 2016, and now by the Covid19 pandemic. The city produces vegetables, legumes and tropical fruit for internal consumption.

Jessica Lisbeth is a Civil Engineer and works in this area when she gets construction contracts. Normally when she is home she makes bracelets of different designs and colors, pillows, sheets, hats, and currently face masks. She sells on the Internet by orders, and her customers are constantly asking her for new models.

The sanitary crises initially affected her a lot as she could not sell, but now her business is slowly starting and she will be able to continue generating an income. In her family, her uncle and his wife contracted Covid19 but are now recovered.

With this new loan she hopes to buy fabrics, water-proof fabrics, gemstone, pendants, threads, pearls of different colors, etc. Her dream is to own a construction company and have a family.

Jessica Lizbeth is wearing sun glasses because she has an eye infection.
