Charles's story

Charles is a Rwandan Entrepreneur in the host community in the Mahama refugee camp. He runs a fabric and textile store. Charles's wife assists him with the business. Charles decided to start the business in 2017 right after he got married so that he can provide a comfortable life for his wife and children.

Charles started small with only one employee but now he has hired four refugee employees to help run the business. Charles decided to attend the AEC/Inkomoko training so that he can equip himself and his employees with the skills to run a business especially providing great customer service to his customers.

A loan will help him increase his inventory so that he can satisfy the increasing demand from his customers. Charles is looking into expanding his business even further by introducing new products so that he can keep a good reputation in the community.
