Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase drinks, baked goods, vegetables, fruits, and other products.

Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

The “Mujeres Emprendedoras” group was formed by the union of friends and neighbors from the city of Ybycuí. They seek a way to be able to improve their quality of life and that of their loved ones, and they are fighters and entrepreneurs who seek a way to succeed and move forward.

One of the members, Maria, makes her living in sales. She has a store in her home, and through this work, she has managed to move forward and give her family a better future as well as pay for daily necessities. She mentions that her business was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic because she could not work normally, and this impacted her income.

She is requesting this loan to be able to purchase a variety of products for her store such as drinks, baked goods, vegetables, fruits, and other products.

Note: Although this is a group loan, only one person appears in the photo. A group photo was not possible because of the need for social-distancing due to the Covod-19 pandemic.
