Ana Cecilia's story

Ana is 40 years old. She has a common-law marriage, as well as one adult child and one minor child, who is 14 years old. Her husband is a shopkeeper. She lives with her mother-in-law in Manta, one of the most important cities in terms of business and tourism on the Ecuadorian coast. The city offers exquisite cuisine, some beaches, hotels, and other places of interest for tourists.

Ana is a woman who forges ahead for the good of her family despite the challenges she faces. This is why ten years ago she decided to start her business of selling clothing for children and adults. She used to sell as a street vendor, but because of the public health measures imposed by the government and the fear of infection, she decided to sell through social media and only makes deliveries when requested. This has all been very hard for her since her sales are no longer what they used to be, but she keeps going as this is how she knows to make a living.

This loan is for buying blouses, shorts, pants, and dresses, among other items. Her dream is to have a store and her own house.
