Usafi Wa Moyo Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on beverages (Brasimba and Bralima) to sell.

Usafi Wa Moyo Group's story

Ms. Esperance is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and presides over the business group named “USAFI WA MOYO”. She is married, 40 years old, and the mother of six children, who are all in school. Her partner is a merchant.

A vendor of beverages, she started this enterprise in 1997 with startup funding from her husband. Later on, she joined the Hekima program for supporting her enterprise and has worked progressively in it.

With this new loan, she will stock up on beverages (Brasimba and Bralima) to bolster her initial capital. The challenge in her business has to do with a lack of customers.

She would like to build a house and to have her children continue in school. So, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners lacking cash during this global crisis tied to Covid-19. The photo shows only the group leader because of Covid-19.
