Nathan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fertilizers for his banana plantation to boost his yields and returns to provide for his big family.

Nathan's story

Nathan is a married man with 4 children who lives in the Sheema district. He is a hardworking man who is engaged in a variety of different projects. He comes from a humble background as a farmer with a banana plantation. He received some money from the rotating savings group in his village and bought a small piece of land to plant more bananas. With the help of his wife, the banana plantation has helped him to improve his standard of living: he and his wife were able to construct a good home.

Nathan's plan for the future is to plant more bananas in order to increase his profits and be able to supply food to the community around him. His challenge is that his meager income is insufficient to provide for his family and fund his other projects at home. He is therefore requesting a loan to buy fertilizers for his banana plantation in order to improve his productivity and earn more income for the good of his family.
