Carolino's story

Carolino is a humble and hard-working young man, 27 years old, who is a farmer in his village. On his farm, he grows many types of vegetables. Most the of time he is doing his daily activities, planting and looking after his vegetables. After the vegetables are grown, he usually harvests the crops then transports them to local markets to sell. Carolino has been growing and selling vegetables since 2002 with his family's working capital. Every day he is busy with farming because he makes a living from it.

He has previously borrowed and repaid all of his loans on time. Now, Carolino is requesting a loan of $1,000 from KIF to help with his agricultural activities. He will use this loan to buy some new farming equipment in order to increase his productivity.
