Gema Milena's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy oil, plastic bags, bananas, etc.

Gema Milena's story

Gema Milena is in a free union relationship and has a young daughter. Her spouse is a merchant and they live with their parents.

During this global crisis she has experienced financial difficulties. Her clients cannot pay her because they have been left without a job and others have died. The health crisis at first was very bad since she could not sell, but now little by little she is reactivating it to continue generating an income.

Gema has a small factory of plantain and yucca chips at home (they cut the products into very thin slices and fry them in plenty of hot oil, then take them out and add refined salt). This is a garnish that accompanies the ceviches (typical dish), among others. She works from Monday to Sunday, her clients come to buy and when they request home deliveries she makes them.

With this new loan she will buy oil, plastic bags, bananas, etc. Her dream is for her daughter to have the best and that the business continues to grow.
