Kanykei's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase the volume of milk sold to her local factory.

Kanykei's story

Kanykei is 50 years old, married and has two children. She has a high school education. As a main source of income for her family, she has worked with livestock breeding and field crop cultivation since 1993. Thanks to her persistent work, her farm currently has 5 cows, 10 sheep and a horse. She also has a plot of land of 1.6 hectares, on which she grows alfalfa.

Kanykei has a contract to provide organic milk to a local factory, for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. After learning that at the bank "Bai Tushum", she could get a loan secured in the contract for future volumes through the product "Value Added Chain", she applied for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS). She will purchase dairy cows, to increase the volume of milk for selling.

The payment from the factory for the milk will be directly transferred to Kanykei's bank account, and the payment on the loan will be automatically deducted. The income from the loan helps Kanykei to further develop her farm and to improve her family's well-being.
