Viktor's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sows to start a new business of selling piglets so he will be able to provide for his family.

Viktor's story

Viktor is a 58-year-old man from Korce city. He is married and the father of a 25-year-old son. His son and his wife are currently living in Greece, while Viktor is living in his home town to take care of his elderly and disabled parents.

While living here he has tried to do different jobs but the incomes are very low so he decided to buy some sows to start a new business of selling piglets so he will be able to provide enough for his two families: his elderly parents and his son and wife in Greece. "I have done this activity when I was in Greece so I know I will succeed in raising them. The only thing I fear is the selling, but also for this I have talked with different meat processing companies, which were opened to buy the quality of meat I will offer with a higher price!" said Viktor during the interview optimistically.

Viktor is very thankful for Kiva lenders' previous support, thanks to which he was able to improve his parents living conditions, and hopes to have your help also this time!
