Jeneba's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more peanuts, garrie, and soap to sell.

Jeneba's story

This is 25-year-old Jeneba, from Liberia. She lives with her partner, along with two kids who live at home while in school. Jeneba attended school until sixth grade. She is a hardworking entrepreneur who sells peanuts, garrie, and soap. She started to sell in order to help support her children at home. She learned how to sell from her mother, and her partner gave her money to start the business. She uses a motorbike to transport supplies to her business site.

To maintain her business, Jeneba requested a loan through BRAC Liberia, Kiva's field partner, to buy more peanuts, garrie, and soap to sell to her good clients. Her dreams for the future are to continue her children's education and build her house. Jeneba wishes to say thanks.
