Virgen De Fatima Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy materials for making quilts and blankets.

Virgen De Fatima Group's story

The group named “Virgen de Fatima” consists of enterprising and hardworking women. They are participating in their 32nd loan cycle. These women are working hard so that they can secure a better quality of life for their families.

One of these women is Sra. Martina. She makes handicrafts, specifically quilts and blankets. Martina is a creative person who looks for ways to generate income so that her family can get ahead. She joined this group with the intention of accessing training that would help her provide the best for her loved ones.

Martina is requesting a loan to buy materials so that she can continue producing her handicrafts. As a result, she will be able to satisfy her customers and generate income to help her family.

Note: The photo shows only one person, even though this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo in order to avoid congregating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
