Joana's story

Joana lives in Atsabe and she is involved in the restaurant business. She lives near many people, so she had an idea to open a place where everybody could come and eat. She is earning a good income every day because many people come to eat in her restaurant, so she is very happy with her business. She is applying for a loan of $600 from KIF to improve her business. She wants to open a bigger restaurant in the future. She started her restaurant in 2010 with her own working capital of $500. She is requesting this loan because she wants to buy more materials for the restaurant, such as rice, beef, pork, fish, chicken, herbs, eggs, instant noodles, water, hard drinks, etc. She hopes with this loan, her business can improve in the future. It is a second loan and a first loan is already paid.
