Khadijah's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase goods in bulk to increase her profit margin.
Khadijah is a 23 year old and lives with her extended family in the Bawku West district of Ghana. She retails groceries. With her previous Kiva loans she was able to launch her grocery business. She used the profit to pay school fees for her siblings. She is requesting for another loan to purchase goods in bulk to increase her profit margin. She plans to use the profit she earns to pay her sibling’s school fees and continue supporting her family's daily needs. She will repay her loans with social interest by volunteering two and half hours per week as a CAMFED Peer Educator leading life skills sessions for students in the nearby schools and other community members. Khadijah's dream is to continue her education.
