Ma. Lyn's story

Ma. Lyn is a 39-year-old businesswoman from Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. She is happily married to Juanito, a construction worker. They are blessed with 2 children who are still pursuing their studies.

Ma. Lyn has been engaged in selling processed meat like hot dogs, tocino, and siomai. She also sells peanut butter for additional income. Through her recent loan, she was able to earn additional income to cover the additional expenses of her family. Together with her husband, Ma. Lyn was determined to lift their family from poverty. She wants to increase her income again, so she applied for a 30,000 PHP business loan to ASKI under its business loan program. Her loan will be used to purchase additional stock of hotdogs, tocino, and siomai to sell.

Ma. Lyn's dream is for her family to have a good living. She hopes that with the help of ASKI and Kiva funders, her business will expand.
