Jetypeka Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to refinance her debt and to buy a variety of clothes to sell.

Jetypeka Group's story

The group named “Jetypeka” was formed by several friends and neighbors from the city of San Ignacio who are seeking to improve their quality of life and that of their loved ones. The members are in their 21st loan cycle with the Women’s Committee Program. They want their families to have a better life so that they can avoid being in need.

One of the women is Sra. Blanca, who sells clothes so that she can sustain her household and her family. She mentioned that the worldwide crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has prevented her from working normally and generating the needed income to help her family. This has also resulted in consequences for her business.

Blanca is now requesting a loan to refinance her debt and to also buy a variety of clothes to sell.

Note: The photo shows only one person, even though this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo in order to avoid congregating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
