A loan helped to buy chaff as food for her pigs.

Aniceta's story

Aniceta is a good resident of Talavera, Nueva Ecija. She is 64 years old, widowed and blessed with three children. She has been engaged in a piggery business for about 11 years and sells pig meat in the market.

Aniceta has been a good paying client of Alalay sa Kaunlaran, Inc. (ASKI) for almost eight years. She has been granted another loan of PHP 50,000 under the agricultural business loan program of ASKI. Her loan will be used to buy chaff as food for her pigs.

Aniceta believes that with the help of ASKI and Kiva lenders, her piggery business will expand.
