A loan helped to buy chicken and eggs for sale.

Yerlys Zulay's story

Yerlys Zulay is a 39-year-old micro-entrepreneur who lives in the municipality of Soledad. She lives together with her spouse and two children in their family home.

Her business is the sale of chicken and eggs, with more than 8 years of experience and operation in this industry.

Yerlys Zulay is an enterprising person and her business was born out of the need to generate an income after being unemployed. With this she helps her spouse with household expenses. Her clients are neighbours in the area, friends, referrals and passers-by.

Due to the Covid -19 pandemic that occurred worldwide, her work deteriorated due to bio-safety issues and her cash flow drastically decreased.

She is currently requesting her first loan with the Santo Domingo Foundation in order to buy chicken and eggs.

Please support her with this loan for her business.
