Kokuere Guasu Group's story

This group called Kokuere Guasu was formed by friends and neighbors in the city of Villarrica. They seek a way to improve their quality of life and that of their loved ones. They are in the second cycle of the committee of women program.

Miryam is one of the members. She works in sales, running a small store in which she works every day from early in the morning. She says that the crisis that hit the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic has impeded her from working normally and generating the means to support her family. This has caused consequences for her business. Miryam says she needs to invest a little more capital and buy products for her store, such as drinks, bakery items, vegetables, fruits, canned goods, and other productss to sell.

Note that only one person appears in the photo although this is a group loan. A group photo wasn't possible due to social distancing requirements caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
