Dvino Niño Jesus Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy cornmeal, starch, cheese, and other items.

Dvino Niño Jesus Group's story

The group called “Divino Niño Jesús” is in its 21st cycle of the Women's Committee Program, where they all work and help each other to get ahead.

Fatima is one member of the group, who is a hard worker who seeks a way to help support her home and her family. She is looking for a way to be useful to her loved ones, and having Down Syndrome has never limited her. She is grateful for the opportunity to join the group in order to continue improving her quality of life.

To earn a living, she sells cheesy bread ("chipas"), which is a typical Paraguayan food. She is requesting a loan to be able to buy ingredients to make chipas, such as cornmeal, starch, cheese, and other ingredients in order to generate more income for her family.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this loan is for a group. The group photo was not possible to avoid the agglomeration of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
