Samwel's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase a biodigester and use biogas, a renewable energy for milk pasteurization.

Samwel's story

Samwel's parents bought the farm he is working on a long time ago. They were farmers all their lives and thought Samwel and his brothers could look after and improve the field crop because agriculture is what makes the world alive.

Samwel knows manure is polluting the planet because of inadequate waste management. That is why he wants to invest in a Sistema.bio biodigester that will allow him transform the manure from 7 cows into renewable, clean energy (biogas), and an organic fertilizer called biol.

Samwel will use biogas for corn production and during the pasteurization process. They will also apply the organic fertilizer into the forage for animals instead of chemical fertilizers, taking care of the soil, the animals, and the production.

This loan represents 75% of the price of the biodigester; the remaining part will be paid directly by Samwel.
