Hernán Jose is a 38-year-old small entrepreneur and a resident of the city of Cartagena. He lives with his wife. Hernán Jose has a business of buying and selling mobile phones and accessories. He also offers technical services. Hernán Jose has more than 10 years of experience in this business. He came up with the idea for this business while he was employed at a mobile phone distribution warehouse where he also worked as a technician. Hernán Jose was able to save up to start his own business as a mobile phone and accessories distributor, as well as providing specialized technical service. He currently has one employee, so he is providing a job and an income for that person’s family. Hernán Jose is known in his area for offering qualities products and good service. His customers include distributors and private individuals.

Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, his work level and cash flow were drastically reduced because of biosafety issues.
