Luz Del Rosario's story

Luz Del Rosario is divorced and has 2 children, who are both adult and independent. She lives in her own home and they all live in Portoviejo, which was affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016, and now by the COVID-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and fruit which are consumed internally.

Together with her family, Luz Del Rosario has a car wash business. She works from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, or later if there are customers, from Monday through Saturday. She used to sell natural products.

At the beginning, she was hit hard by the health crisis, because she couldn't open the car wash. Now, little by little, she is opening it up again to be able to make a living. In her family one of her children and two nephews got sick with COVID-19, but they are already slowly getting better.

With this new loan she will buy shampoo, wipes, silicone, pay for basic services, etc. Her dream is that her business continue growing.
